McKellar has made significant long-term financial commitments involving recreation infrastructure outside the Township. I believe residents deserve clear information about those commitments, their long-term costs and how they affect our ability to make future investments here at home.

Meet Julian
I've called McKellar home for more than a decade with my wife of 17 years and my current Guide dog Gimli.
I've come to appreciate the things that make this community unique — our lakes, our natural environment, our rural character and the people who call this place home.
I'm running because I believe McKellar deserves a municipal government that is open, honest and responsible with the decisions it makes. I fear we are at a crossroads where McKellar may loose its identity due to the looming threat of amalgamation because of poor planning and mismanagement of funds.
I believe we can protect what makes McKellar special while still moving forward.
